Summer 2018 Innovation & Entrepreneurship Internships

The Summer 2018 Innovation & Entrepreneurship Internship Program is for students interested in working for entrepreneurial ventures in a variety of fields. Through this program, students are connected with full-time, paid internships with ventures near and far! Davidson College Business Bootcamps break down topics like business models, customer development, value propositions, basic legal issues, and other core skills/topics for starting a startup. During an optional follow-up, students form teams to create the materials for a startup (real or purely idea stage).

The Failure Fund is a grant competition that awards Davidson students with between $150-1000 to pursue a creative or innovative idea. The purpose of this scholarship is to fund the creative ideas of Davidson students while empowering them to model the traits of innovators and creative entrepreneurs, mainly by being comfortable with failure.
