Don’t know where to start? fill out a booking request form and we’ll get in touch with you.

  • Hours of  Operation: 8:00 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday. Requests for off-hour reservations are not guaranteed. Based on staff availability. Premium rates apply. 
  • Conference Room –  Bookings larger than 10 people require 48 hour advance notice of the preferred booking date. Reservations cannot be made more than 6 months in advance.
  • Payments – Full payment is required to confirm the reservation. Credit card payments preferred.
  • Cancel by date/time is based on the start of your reservation:
    • 77 hours+: Full refund. Get back 100% of what you paid.
    • 49-76 hours: Partial refund. Get back 50%.
    • Less than 48 hours: No refund.
  • Complimentary coffee for meetings in small conference rooms, 203 & 311
  • Coffee available for individual purchase in self-service coffee bar
