Pop in for a quick one-hour meeting or plan your next team retreat at The Hurt Hub! We are ready to serve you and your team.

  • Conference Room – To request a conference room, please complete the booking request form for review and confirmation by the Community Manager. Bookings larger than 10 people require 24-48 hour advance notice of the preferred booking date.
  • Event Space – To request event space, please complete the booking request form for review and confirmation by the Community Manager. Event space bookings must be made 48-72 hours in advance of the preferred booking date. A 25% (non-refundable) deposit is due upon confirmation by the Community Manager.
  • Payments – Arrangements must be made with the Community Manager at the time of booking confirmation. Credit card payments preferred.

If a cancellation is needed, notice is required to the Community Manager. Cancellations made 3 business days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 75% refund. If you cancel within 3 business days or less of your booking, you will be charged the full amount.
