Van Deman Innovation Lab

Members: $75/hr

Podcast Studio

Members: $20/hr
Non-members: $40/hr

- Fully-equipped podcast studio, adjacent to our Innovation Lab.

  • Conference Room –  Bookings larger than 10 people require 24-48 hour advance notice of the preferred booking date.
  • Event Space –  Event space bookings must be made 48-72 hours in advance of the preferred booking date. A 25% (non-refundable) deposit is due upon confirmation by the Community Manager.
  • Payments – Arrangements must be made with the Community Manager at the time of booking confirmation. Credit card payments preferred.

If a cancellation is needed, notice is required to the Community Manager. Cancellations made 3 business days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 75% refund. If you cancel within 3 business days or less of your booking, you will be charged the full amount.
