The Hurt Hub volunteer network purpose

The Hurt Hub Volunteer Network connects people who want to share their time, expertise, and experiences to strengthen entrepreneurship and innovation in our community. We strive to engage volunteers in meaningful opportunities to contribute, learn, build relationships, and make a lasting impact alongside the students, entrepreneurs, and small business owners we serve.

Volunteer roles

Mentors

Mentors

Mentors play a vital role in supporting student entrepreneurs across every stage of their journey. Depending on the program, mentorship can look different, but the goal is always the same: connecting students with experienced guidance at the moment it matters most.

Some mentorship commitments are longer term, lasting up to three months as teams work through a funding cycle or pitch preparation. Others are one-time engagements, like speed mentoring sessions or a single weekend event, designed for mentors who want to make an impact in a shorter, high-energy format.
