Reservations & Payments

Hours of Operation: 8:00 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday. Requests for off-hour reservations are not guaranteed. Based on staff availability. Premium rates apply.
Event Space – Event space bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the preferred booking date/time. Reservations cannot be made more than 6 months in advance.
Payments – Full payment is required to confirm the reservation. Credit card payments preferred.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel by date/time is based on the start of your reservation:
- 77 hours+: Full refund. Get back 100% of what you paid.
- 49-76 hours: Partial refund. Get back 50%.
- Less than 48 hours: No refund.
