Process: Your GPS to Sales Repeatability
Join us at the Hurt Hub for a Lunch & Learn on Sales Process!
Newer firms sometimes neglect to define a formal sales process. Yet scaling requires a clear, customer-aligned approach that helps teams operate with greater efficiency and effectiveness, resulting in stronger win rates, market share gains, and more reliable sales outcomes.
Participants will leave with a practical way to think about sales process design and a simple framework they can begin applying immediately to their own customer journey.
Who Should Attend: Founders of start-ups and early-stage firms who want to implement a repeatable, revenue-producing sales process. A structured process helps the organization deliver consistent results and creates a foundation for scalable growth.
Learning Objectives
1. Recognize why a repeatable sales process is one of the most important growth assets an early-stage company can build — creating order, consistency, scalability, forecast accuracy, and revenue predictability.
2. Learn how customers make buying decisions and how to position yourself as the guide they trust to reach their desired outcome.
3. Apply a simple framework to begin mapping your own sales process — aligning marketing, sales, and customer success around the way your customers make buying decisions.
