AI, Systems, and the Future of Brand Building
AI transformation is not a technology problem. It is a systems and workflow problem. That is the point of view Jennifer Kattula brings to the table as General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer of Microsoft Advertising, where she leads global marketing for one of the world’s largest ad platforms.
Jennifer is joining the Hurt Hub for a lunch and learn on what it takes to build AI systems that hold up as models and solutions keep changing underneath them. Grab lunch and pull up a chair for a candid, hour-long conversation.
She’ll cover:
- Her experience leading AI transformation from inside Microsoft
- What she’s hearing directly from CMOs and other C-suite leaders about real-world AI adoption
- How organizations should build AI systems flexible enough to survive rapid change in models and tools
- The questions every leader should be asking about governance, data, confidentiality, enterprise versus personal accounts, and first-party information
