Lunch & Learn with Dr. Joshua Allison

Fellow coworker Ben Allison, founder and Creative Executive of BenCo Productions, will sit down with his brother, Dr. Joshua Allison, to discuss his 15 years of experience working with senior business leaders on leadership development, team dynamics, and building high‑performance cultures.

Dr. Allison is a physician based in London specializing in tropical and expedition medicine, but his work extends far beyond traditional healthcare. Over the past 15 years, he has led teams through jungles, deserts, mountains, and the Arctic for television productions (BBC), film projects, and high-risk expeditions. He combines the calm, decision-making mindset of remote medicine with leadership coaching, helping executives develop resilience, clarity, and stronger team cultures through real-world challenges.
