Constantine Desjardins

Constantine is the current president of the Davidson Entrepreneurship club, has attended Techstars Startup weekend, and participated in the Venture for America Case Challenge, so the Hurt Hub is right up his alley. Constantine had a business idea during the winter break of his freshman year but had no idea where to even get started. In the Spring, Constantine realized the Hurt Hub was the perfect place to get involved to get his idea up and going. This past fall, Constantine participated in the Hurt Hub’s startup weekend, developing a pitch for a mental health-focused business. He also took the Hurt Hub’s Lean Startup course to learn about the basic principles of creating and launching a business. Through his experiences with the Hurt Hub, Constantine said, “I realized any student can become an entrepreneur if they apply their skills and interests to a problem they care about.” Constantine continues to work with the Hurt Hub and actually restarted Davidson’s entrepreneurship club “with the mission of helping all Davidson students develop entrepreneurial mindsets and skills, so they can pursue their ideas with the best possible chance of success.”
