Davidson’s in-house catering service, Much Ado!, is familiar with our space and offers a wide selection of options.

If you choose an outside caterer or delivery service such as EZCater, please have a contact person on site to receive your order when it arrives.

If your group will have catering, please let us know. Depending on your room, we will provide extra tables inside or outside of the room for the setup of your food.

What you can expect as you work with our team and use our space.

Staff are in the building

Monday – Friday
8AM – 4:30PM

  • Hours of  Operation: 8:00 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday. Requests for off-hour reservations are not guaranteed. Based on staff availability. Premium rates apply. 
  • Conference Room –  Bookings larger than 10 people require 48 hour advance notice of the preferred booking date. Reservations cannot be made more than 6 months in advance.
  • Payments – Full payment is required to confirm the reservation. Credit card payments preferred.
  • Cancel by date/time is based on the start of your reservation:
    • 77 hours+: Full refund. Get back 100% of what you paid.
    • 49-76 hours: Partial refund. Get back 50%.
    • Less than 48 hours: No refund.

The Hurt Hub is located at 210 Delburg Street, Davidson, NC 28036.  We offer limited parking in the lot next to our building, parallel parking on Delburg Street, Jackson Street, Griffith Street and other general Town of Davidson public parking. If you have greater than 8 guests arriving separately we ask that you please request they utilize area street parking

All guests may access the building through our front door, open 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. If your reservation begins earlier or ends later, the front door will be unlocked to get you started. Our building is fully ADA compliant. In the event you are bringing any equipment into the building, we can assist you with accessing the back entrance loading dock for dropoff purposes.

If you require a specific furniture setup, you may arrive early for your event (if there is not an abutting booking) to make those setup changes or let us know in advance so we may be able to assist with moving furniture. 

Seating can be set in several different arrangements. Below are diagrams of these options and maximum guest number for each. Note: all tables are 6′ rectangle

All rooms come fully furnished with a large display monitor which can be accessed with your personal laptop. Connection cords and adapters are available in the room.

Audio/visual for virtual calls can be accessed via standard equipment in our small & medium conference rooms. If you are conducting a hybrid meeting in Rooms 208 or 303, please let us know in advance so that the OWL video camera can be reserved.
