Intro to Web APIs

November 17 @ 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

In this workshop, you’ll learn about Application Programming Interfaces (APIS) and their importance in modern application development.

Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) are not a new concept in computer science, but recent trends in web and mobile app development have caused a proliferation in API usage across software development.

In this workshop, you’ll learn about APIs and their importance in modern application development. You’ll also get hands-on training in how to explore and use existing APIs, which can be leveraged to power your own applications, reports, and more.

No previous experience is required to attend!

Intro to Web APIs is part of the Hurt Hub@Davidson’s CAT CLAWS workshop series and will be presented by Davidson College’s Technology and Innovation staff members, Luke Aeschleman, Tessa Jones, and JD Mills.
